This policy covers people who visit decira.co or use the Decira platform. It explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do. For people named in the public records we profile, see People data.

What we collect

Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run Decira, under contracts that limit how they use it:
- Cloud hosting and database providers, which store the site and platform
- Google Workspace, for email and scheduling
- Google Analytics, for site analytics
- AI model providers, as described in Use of AI
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Cookies
We use cookies that keep you signed in and keep the site working. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to tell us how the site is used: which pages are visited, for how long, and how visitors arrived. We look at this information in aggregate. We don't use it for advertising or to identify individual visitors.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, or turn off Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
How long we keep it
- Walkthrough requests: up to two years after our last contact with you
- Findings emails: until you unsubscribe
- Customer accounts: for the life of the account and up to one year after it closes, unless the law requires longer
- Google Analytics data: 14 months
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from findings emails with the link in any email.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
Some state laws give residents specific privacy rights. We honor requests to see, correct or delete personal information from anyone, wherever they live.
Where your information is processed
Decira is based in the United States, and information is stored and processed there.
Security
We protect personal information with access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Children
Decira is for professionals and isn't directed to children under 16.
Changes
We'll post any change on this page with a new date, and tell customers by email about material changes.
